I’m having the best school year. I look forward to going to school each day, I leave each day feeling fulfilled (and not feeling completely drained), and I simply enjoy the little moments of each school day. I owe SO much of this to Heart-Centered Teaching. These mini-lessons, circles, and songs have made the biggest difference in both my experience and my students.
After teaching kindergarten for 27 years, I felt like I was in a rut. Even though everyone called me the Queen of Kindergarten, I felt like there was so much more I could do to reach all of my kiddos. I have been loving Heart-Centered teaching. I truly see such a difference in my kids!
I have a little guy with big emotions. We did the coping skills lesson and now he is actually communicating his feelings instead of yelling out in frustration!
