We aim to cultivate a generation of confident, empathetic, and resilient learners by equipping schools with a transformative framework that integrates SEL, reflective practices, and collaborative skills, building heart-centered classrooms where every student thrives.
Heart-to-Heart was born from a simple but powerful idea: that meaningful conversations can transform classrooms. Andriana Zarovska, a kindergarten teacher and instructional coach, saw firsthand how guiding students through discussions about emotions, relationships, and responsibility created a ripple effect of growth.
Developed by Real Classroom Conversations
What started as a few intentional conversations in her own classroom quickly became a framework that teachers across grade levels could adopt. Andriana’s vision was to make it easy for educators to teach self-awareness, empathy, and communication without adding to their already full plates.
By combining short, guided lessons with tools for collaboration, reflection, and classroom connection, Heart-to-Heart grew into a program that’s as impactful as it is simple to use. Today, it empowers thousands of teachers and students to create classrooms where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

Meet Andriana, your guide to kickstarting Heart-to-Heart Talks! As an elementary school teacher and creator of the Heart-Centered Method, Andriana brings over a decade of experience rooted in her philosophy: that everything we do as educators should be guided by empathy, care, and compassion.
Through these video discussion-starters and activities, Andriana shares the transformative power of the Heart-Centered Method—a framework that helps educators build connected classroom communities, lead with empathy, and develop reflective teaching practices.
Andriana invites students and educators alike to embrace the Heart-Centered Mission, creating schools where everyone feels connected, proud, and fulfilled—even on the hardest days.
